Mugsy is a tiny, timid lad.  He really enjoys cuddle time with his human and getting pats.  He does well on leash and likes being outside.  He would not do well with small children and their energy levels; and he is reticent around other dogs.  He is gentle and would be happy to follow you around and keep you company.  Mugsy would make a great companion for a relaxed household.
