Why Not Hold a Supply Drive? Maybe your neighborhood or civic group could hold a supply drive to support RCHS? Even if you’re just one person you can make a big difference for the animals. Read this inspiring story of an Ohio girl collecting blankets and supplies for local shelters.

Running an animal shelter is very expensive. Every week RCHS uses:

• 350 lbs. of dry dog food
• 140 lbs. of dry cat food
• 40 lbs. of dry puppy food
• 25 lbs. of dry kitten food
• 42 cans of dog food
• 240 cans of cat food

In addition, there are cleaning supplies, office supplies, medical supplies, and lots of other items that we use on a daily basis to help keep the animals happy and healthy.

We’ve created a Wish List of many of these items. If you’re able to donate any of these supplies, please bring them to the shelter during normal business hours. Click here for directions and a map to the shelter.

• Frontline/Advantage Flea Control
• Leashes & collars
• Copy paper, pens, paperclips, clip boards
• Trash bags (kitchen size, 39 gallon, 55 gallon)
• Blankets & towels
• Rugs
• Cleaning supplies, including:
